SPT Uniforms was founded in 2008. The main aim is to provide quality school uniforms at affordable prices. With a clear message that we hold high ethical values and been very careful of the activities that our business has on the environment.
We recently moved our warehouse to Garforth in February 2023 to make closer contact with our retail outlet. The modern warehouse and office has allowed us to expand our facilities and to have everything we need to operate under one roof. The super efficient insulation and sky lights with the retail shop we replaced the old strip lights with modern energy efficient led lighting with new insulation which has significantly reduced our carbon footprint. We use recycled plastic when we can in our products and packaging and we recycle all our waste.
Within the warehouse we have our production factory which allows us the to badge, embroider and print all the logos we provide for the schools. Every part of the process can be tracked and standards of quality can be maintained while reducing waste and unnecessary deliveries between sites.
The online shop provides parents a much wider and diverse service. The website is continually upgraded with improvements so we can enhance the service we provided to our customers. Every order we dispatch is tracked from start to finish so we can provide a top class service at all times.
SPT Uniforms adheres to a high ethical standard. We are always looking for improvements, working with suppliers who hold high ethical standards. Having a clear and safe environment for all our staff to work without any discrimination. We recently gained the disability confident self assessment level 2 which allows us to reach out to everyone seeking work we take all of the core actions to be a disability confident employer. We aim to pay all our staff the national living wage with pension facilities so we can provide not for today but also for the future of all of our staff.
